You will hear a 5 minute presentation regarding Tahiti, Tahitian Noni International, and TAHITIAN NONI® Juice. At any time during the presentation you can press 5 on your touch tone phone and you will be transferred to an operator, where you can register yourself to win. Tell the operator that you are holding a ballot form. The operator will ask you the distributor ID #, which is: 799342

You will be under no obligation to sign up or buy anything in order to participate.

Step 2: Obtain confirmation number from Tahitian Noni International.

You will receive an 8 digit confirmation number over the phone from the LIVE operator. Be sure to write this confirmation number down. Then contact me , and provide me with your confirmation number, along with your full name, address and phone number. Once all this information is gathered, I will mail in your entry form for you.

Step 3: Complete registration card and drop in mail.

(Unless I do it for you. Don't forget to affix proper postage if you have a form in your hand).
